Unit-typed flexographic press consists of a line connecting type flexographic press, which is composed of 4-8 independent and horizontally arranged and driven by a common power shaft. Unit-typed flexographic press supports only one printing unit per pair, so the unit-typed flexographic press can be adapted to different drum designs.
Its main advantage is: (1) The installation of the unit is convenient, and the finishing process is easy. (2) The unit-typed flexographic press is suitable for short version of live printing. (3) By changing the running path of the tape by the guide roller, the double-sided printing can be performed once.
There are four major components of the unit-typed flexographic press.The are the unwind feeding parts, printing parts, drying parts and rewinding of the receiving parts.The printing part is the core of the unit-typed flexographic press. It uses the short ink channel to send the ink system. There are two ink rollers, or even an ink roller with a squeegee. Both ink can be achieved by the ink to the plate surface even, quantitative transmission.
